Leadership and purpose at its finest from the Airbnb team.
Airbnb was weeks from IPO, they were preparing the papers and then boom, everything changed.
The response from the Airbnb team was good to detail it in a book.
There is huge money in tech no matter what, what matters is the purpose and what you do with that money… This is what I’ve re-learned from Brian's discussion with Reid. Good job Brian and Airbnb team.
Airbnb started as scrappy as they could and this was always into their culture but COVID-19 gave them a small slap to get back to their roots.
